Management

The directors, Phil and Judy McLean are volunteers. They are members of Spreydon Baptist Church in Christchurch. They now live at home in New Zealand and visit the Philippines three times a year to manage the vision and provide oversight to the Center and the programs with the help of their Board of Trustees and employees in the Philippines. For three years from 1997, they lived in the slum with their family and returned for 1 year in 2005 to complete the first phase of Oasis' building project - Oasis Youth and Family Center. 'Oasis' also has an advisory board in New Zealand who helps maintain the vision and assists in the recruitment of volunteers and fundraising.
